The Unicron figure was never produced, apparently due to cost concerns. Hasbro had two Unicrons on display at BotCon 2009.
Some of the pictures toward the end of this gallery are from BotCon 1996. The images were included in this gallery merely to show a size comparison between Unicron and the 2 foot tall Fortress Maximus toy. If you are the photographer of those photos, please let us know so that we can give you appropriate credit.
The last four images are official product shots from Hasbro and Takara. This figure was never officially released.
