Though colored like Fire Guts, the toy is just "Ginrai", as this might be his standard coloring, rather than an attack form, in the Wings Universe.

Like Son Goku in a permanent Super Saiya-Jin form, making it a new standard form (he tried that during the Cell Games saga). Not bad, but...
Does anybody think the set has been rather predictable this year?

I was waffling on whether to buy the Botcon set or not. This makes it not. That being said, I'll still probably try to get Scorponok.

I'm in the same boat. already didn't want Ferak, and Cannonball and Devcon are nice and all, but not that fantastic. Can't imagine it'll be easy enough to sell Ferak and Gingerai for a high enough price to make it worthwhile buying the set, so I'll probably pass and hope to get Scorponok for only one kidney.

Well the rumors continue to be founded, for the most part. They said this would be a PowerMaster....kind of....
I'm interested to see what the non-box set exclusives are. 2 out of 5 on the Box set.

I think this will be produced in too few numbers to justify them coming up with a trailer for it, even if it would be just a redeco. I guess it depends how well the set sells and what the 2ndary market for this figure will be like.

Even though it's Ginrai, I think Prime (the character) collectors will be all over it. I can see this being a $200 figure within a year or two, same goes for Scorponok. I don't think the rest of the set will appreciate all that much. Devcon a little, maybe.

Oh. Duh. Totally drew a blank on that 1. I knew of the character in Masterforce, but forgot they actually made a toy for him. He wasn't around much.
