Pretty cool ad. Reminds me of the old-school ones for some reason.

So I wonder if Blaster is gonna come with a short USB cable that connects to him and your computer or if he just has a cable that is permanantly attached to him with a USB plug on the end. I have a bad feeling it's gonna be the latter which will suck for display purposes.

I'm thinking, if it's attached to him, hopefully it will be retractable. It kinda looks that way in the pics, where in one there is a lot of cord, but not the other.

Have to wait and see, I guess.

Really keen on that Blaster. Certainly holds up better than Universe's Blaster. If it would work with my Mac too than it'd really be worth the price. Of course, the Ravage device label doesn't.

But still, there is that mystery Frenzy/Rumble raising questions (assuming it's even from HasTak) of a proper Universe Soundwave, which can is almost required to be retooled into Blaster. Oh, what to do? :-?

Sweet. They took away the awful background screen from Blaster. :D

I wish the mice/dinos still became overkill. :-(

Reflector WOULD be a good idea for this line!!!

Oh man... these are tempting to buy!

I saw the image of the mouse before but didn't realize that it was Grimlock!

Though practically, I could use a new USB drive...

I already have a nice spot all set aside for Blaster and Ravage. I passed on Tigertron, Grimlock and Trypticon. I think Blaster will look great facing off against Music Label Soundwave, providing they are not too different in height.

A Dino-mouse ??? Why does there always got to be a 2 in 1 gimmick ??? Cant they just create a nice figure and stop turning them into household gadgets ??? Seriously do they think any collector will actually use it as a mouse or any computer junkie will transform it into dino-mode more that 3 times ???

You clearly don't get the idea of the 'Label' toylines. Music Label, Device Label, this shit is genius.

I'm of two minds on Blaster. On one hand, I really dig the aesthetic of the figure and the size being roughly the same as Music Label SW (at least I assume they are the same size!). On the other hand, why is Blaster a computer? Or, put another way, why isn't the computer Perceptor??? I just think that the PC alt-mode fits our favorite Autobot scientist better than Blaster.

All that said, I'm getting Ravage and Blaster. I hope that the "label" lines continue. I would love to see more of the G1 "object-formers" get updated, functional alt modes. Reflector. Laserbeak. Buzzsaw. Ratbat. Slugfest. Overkill. Eject. Rewind. Steeljaw. The list goes on... :D

The USB drive would be a great vehicle to reimage all the G1 cassettes, and the thought of a functional Reflector makes me drool.

Overly expensive, not as functional as it could potentially be...but yeah, genius. And completely freakin' awesome.

Im honestly thinking about getting Blaster and trypticon and Tigatron, if the prices are reasonable, and if blaster is in by Xmas. I really like that blaster.

I'm not a fan of the Label line of products but I can understand that they're very marketable to collectors.

The thing about some people's dislike of Transformers crossover products is that they don't seem to realize that such cross-promotions are usually signs of success. For example, looking at the Disney Label products...if Disney wants to partner up with someone, that usually means that company is doing well.

Cross-promotion is big everywhere and it's not limited to Japanese Transformers products. Look at the 7-11 themed Gundam products for the 30th Anniversary of Gundam and there's a Macross figure of a VF-25Fm Messiah Valkyrie in FamilyMart colours(second Valkyrie shown).
