Legends figures for 5 bucks a pop and free shipping is too good to pass on. Picked up Rodimus and Skywarp to bring my Legends collection back up to complete status. Leader Megs for 40 was tempting, but I don't have the scratch, right now and he's only 45 at Wal-Mart.

I had seen 6 different legion class figures for .99

Sideswipe , Bumblebee , Grimlock , Underbite , Strongarm , and Steeljaw.

They had pretty much every Legends figure from Combiner Wars up at one point. Still a bunch of Deluxes and Warrior Class.

I apologize in advance if this isn't the right forum to ask this question, does anyone more experienced at collecting know what TRU generally does with inventory it cannot sell out of? I missed out on MP Soundwave, and while I do not love the colors of the YOTG version, I can live with it if I can get it at a good (great) price. In that regard, I've been hopeful that TRU will run a huge discount on it to liquidity excess inventory. This figure has been out for some time, and every TRU in my area has a ton of these available on the floor. The flagship store has at least 10 on display, and they're just collecting dust.

Their lack of being in the original cartoon might be a factor in their Generations toys' lack of popularity.

From experience regarding these Chinese Zodiac figures, they reach a certain discount price (at most 33% off) and just keep them there till the end. Thats what happened with every figure so far. YOTH prime is still on tru.ca's site. They just dont let go of them, or MPs. They eventually sell out because they become liquidation items which means you can sometimes buy one and the get other half price. Which means the lowest possible discount is getting them 2 for 1 (which happened with YOTH Prime and Starscream). So what happens is "investor" buy 2 and keep them waiting for the long haul till these exclusives gain value. Toysrus has never ever sold these to liquidators.

Curently, both YOTG Prime and the insecticons are on "liquidation" at tru.ca which means that there are sales where you can buy one and then get 50% off on the other. These sales will happen and one or two will be sold each time until there is no more stock.

Anyways, the short answer is this. That soundwave will go lowest anywhere between 125 and 150$ US and just stay there till sold out, even if thats in a year.

Funny that Leader Thundercracker is discounted on here. I've never even seen one in stores. Pretty good price on Crosscut too, but can't decide if I want to pull that trigger.

I'd highly recommend grabbing a box of clear polybands from the womens'/girls' section of hair stuff at Walgreens or Target so that you have a pile of them around. They come in handy more than you'd think! Masterpiece MP-09 can hold his guns thanks to clear polybands and DOTM and Transformers Prime weapons can be forced into their better looking positions while on display as well thanks to polybands.

A box should cost around $2 to $4, depending on how many are in a box. I think the box I've been working through came with about a 100.

As for the size of polybands, you want the smaller ones that are more intended for little girls hair.

You dont have either of those 2 voyager molds yet? I would highly recomend the Takara galshark over this skybyte but for that price, this is good. The mold is really underrated. And roadbuster is loads of fun.

Oh, I have both molds - as well as the Gelshark version. But I might be seduced by the price...
