prime is a pass theres nothing good about it at all ironhide is a maybe. i have the original ironhide voyager and the hunt deluxe, like em both and this looks like a combination of the two but i dont know if i want a 3rd ironhide thats so similar. Now if it was red id be sold but at this rate we're never going to get a real red movie ironhide, legends & FABs dont count hasbro.

Still not sure about Ironhide. Optimus's vehicle mode looks pretty bad on the back, and I don't like his robot mode, especially with the fake windshield on his chest. Also, why does he have what seem to be solar panels?! I'm guessing it has something to do with the "space" theme of the line/movie, but why would a giant robot need solar panels?

Ironhide looks pretty good. Especially bot mode. Much better proportions than the deluxe (which always looks too stocky to me) and looks far more pose-able than the old voyager. Giant cannons seem more fitting for him as well with his movie character's persona.
With better movie Primes available, this one I can't see buying.

Neither of them STILL arn't working for me, that Prime... I just can't take seriously and that Ironhide has nothing on the jungle attack one released last year.

I have a feeling the Decepticon known as Spastic was responsible for both Optimus Primes design and paint application. It's a cruel and cunning way to get the kids to like Megatron instead.

I really like Ironhide and I would buy it, but I'll stick with the Leader that's coming out. I don't think Prime is all that bad, but he could use a little more paint.

they both look horrible. i wont buy ironhide cus his legs r too skinny and prime like someone else said looks too much like those power bot things and he is not in the slightest bit movie accurate. so far im getting ( as far as voyagers) megatron, shockwave and skyhammer. and idk if im gonna get the leader ironhide cus he does not have his BFGs.

Prime looks more FAB than Voyager. PASS.
Ironhide looks kinda better than his 2007 incarnation, but the smaller size and peg holes on his alt mode's roof and sides make it another no-buy for me. I'll stick with my trusty 2007 IH.
Might consider the leader class IH to pose with my HA figs, though.
