2 things guys...
Whoever did the display model didn't transform the right leg properly & 2nd, ALL versions of Fortress Maximus come w/the guns. The leg guns detach & have pop-out handles that fit perfectly in-hand. The only difference seems to be the Master sword. Overall nice figure. I will be picking up the Takara version.

Those aren't the guns people want, though. The guns people want are guns like the two big guns that the G1 toy had that were separate from the leg cannons, which did not detach from the legs on the G1 figure. People want this Fort Max to be as armed, both handheld and body-wise, as the original.@tr_414 wrote:2 things guys...

From what I've seen, people want every gun and cannon that the original had.Kurona wrote:Sabrblade wrote:Those aren't the guns people want, though. The guns on his legs should stay on his legs, thats where they belong, they dont count. What we all want are actual big bue guns he had:

Like what Hasbro kept including in all the promotional renders before unveiling him:

This is a great pose because it lends to a compelling story because as soon as the propellers turn on, it begins the legacy of the new Anklemasters.

I myself am underwhelmed by those. They to me are too small. They should have stuck to the the original sizes or better yet make them several inches taller than those.
For me in most cases bigger is better. That is part of the reason why I got an MPP10 Optimus Prime by Weijing. This is another example of why I think third party is better three quarters of the time. I don't own an original Chromedome but I would take it over the new one there. The very best to me of Chromedome would be Make Toys Cupola. One thing I will say though in regards to updates to the Headmasters would have to be that Fort Max looks fucking badass
I prefer the looks of the original ones city mode better but robot mode looks better to me.
And in regards to Chromedome and his fellow Headmaster companions the articulation and other things about them are nice like the head sculpts. And who knows maybe there will be oversize K.O.'s of them eventually to satisfy people like me who like bigger scale Transformers.

But then they would tower over all of the other Autobots that they're supposed to be the same height as. None of them are supposed to be as tall as or taller than Optimus Prime.LongHaul* wrote:I myself am underwhelmed by those. They to me are too small. Technically, they've revealed Fortress Maximus, they have not revealed the cerebros headmaster figure, or their master sword.

Now this is what the generations line is supposed to be. Cool, updated designs of old figures. (That and some wicked cool idw stuff)
I think I'll get all the figures that were headmasters originally and pass on all the random figures they made headmasters for no reason.
Just like I passed on the characters they made combiners for no reason.
Not a G1 purest by any means, but some gimmicks just don't match some characters.

Chromedome and Highbrow look really cool in these pics. I don't know if I'll be able to wait till wave two to get them.

?? Takara never revealed what their head looks like. If you have any questions or thoughts on the takara one, just post them here: takara-tomy-transformers-legends-thread-p1798728.php#p1798728

As was the case with Combiner Wars, it seems there will be promotional sticker sheets made for the Titans Return products. A sheet covering the entirety of wave 1 was found on TFND's Facebook page. These stickers are for Powermaster Prime, Blaster, Galvatron, Sentinel Prime, Blurr, Scourge, Skulsmasher and Hardhead. An accompanying diagram shows where the stickers would go on the figures.
These are given out in China, promotionally, and will probably be linked with purchases exceeding a certain limit from Chinese retailers. These will probably also be available on e-bay for westerners to acquire, as is the case with the combiner wars stickers.

Huh, they officially make these?
That's... weird to me...
But it seems fun regardless.
