In Hand Pictures of Takara Tomy Transformers Legends Black Widow (Blackarachnia)

Just got my payment notice but I highly doubt they will ship before the weekend ends. I picked up two Slipstreams, a Blackarachnia, a Nightbird, and an Arcee for just under $20 shipping EMS.

Why, in that one picture that looks like it's from Manga.....why is Blackarachnia caressing her own...um..... chest?

I might get Nightbird, but I don't think I'm getting Blackarachnia for the simple reason I already have the Animated version.

As for the comics...homina homina. She can tie me up with spider-silk any time.

they both look incredibly cool, and some interesting comic pages too. Kudos to those getting them!

According to those panels of her pack-in manga, she appears to be not a G1 version of the Animated character, but the genuine article herself: Animated Slipstream upgraded into a new body.

Guess that explains the overtly Animated-style head and the "Takara Animated"-esque shiny deco.

It's certainly not stopping me from making her G1 Slipstream for my Classics shelf. Legends Slipstream foots the bill better than the TFSS 1.0 version the TFCC produced a few years ago. This one won't tower over the deluxe Classics Seeker molds either.

Despite the faux chest, I think she works very nicely and works well with the other seekers
