I hope these wind up having Energon connectors. Just for consistency (all the Neo G1 combiners have them).
The box leaves something to be desired, but ... I wouldn't be buying these for the box! I can't wait to see the reviews of how these are, especially how they stack up against Hercules. Although ... go green or go home.

With you on the green. When they put them out recolored, I'll definitely buy them.

You can go ahead and thank me for these finally getting released. I knew the minute I caved and ordered 1-2 of the TFC Hercules figures to test out, these would show up!
May just buy both: Giant for my classics display and Herc as a MP stand-in.

Am I the only one who'd buy the yellow ones just for the sake of yellow? As it is, I like the design of Hercules, but the price of Giant may win out in the end...

Item packaged with the figures looks like the parts that make up the end of his rifle. Just a guess though.

I'm sure it appeals to G2 enthusiasts ... may be good for Shattered Glass too. Not for me though.
It's funny, as a kid I wanted the Constructicons to be yellow, but as an adult I want them green because of nostalgia over the cartoon I watched as a kid.

Ouch, pricey. I hope the green set still ends up being in the $300 range. These 2-packs are going to end up almost $500 in total after BBTS markup.

Yeeeeaaaah...
I just got slapped with the rest of Hercules. I hope these aren't coming out soon or Giant will be a one-of-these-days project. I note Battle Tanker wasn't open for preorder all that long compared to other 3rd parties.

Cheap looking packaging for cheap looking toys. I would probably walk past that thinking it was a knock off. This is too little to late since I have all six members of Hercules assembled into a really impressive gestalt.

I just email BBTS to see if they plan to carry this or the later gift set. From experience, I'm expecting an answer before noon tomorrow. Though I to am disappointed with the box, that's not the reason I want it!

I don´t like the stickers on the side of the vehicle mode.
I wouldn´t pay for a figure with adds on the sides.

I too am not a fan of them, hopefully they can be removed easily without leaving crud behind.
