Giving the scale of the figure next to the Legends-class Prime figure, The Fallen is likely a Leader-class toy, or a very tall Voyager-class figure.

There's no way he's a deluxe. S250 says that he stands 24cm tall in robot mode with his legs stretched out, at that height he's even taller than Leader-class Prime and Megatron.

ok, well Voyager then.
No way something that basic is leader, no electronic tricks or gimmicks. I wouldnt pay £40 for that.

Tall Voyager is my guess. He just doesn't scream Leader class to me-although I've been wrong before. I wouldn't pay 40+ dollars for him.
PS: no news credits?

I think he's butt-ugly and wouldn't pay 10$ for him, especially not the 60$-70$ they'll ask for him once he comes out here in Canada...
Added your news credit by the way. Sorry, I forgot.

No problem-thanks!
I still think he becomes Jetfire. His stance and shape are so similar to what we've seen of him. But I agree, he's still ugly with a weirder alt mode than TF1 Megatron.

I don't think he's leader class he's ether a Voyager or a deluxe ala TFA Lockdown.
Do you think that that "X" on his head is supposed to be there or is it a think along the lines of "Not for sale"?

I agree that it's likely not a Leader class figure...Outside of that, however, I have to say I like it...As far as movie stuff goes, he's pretty cool looking...
Hopefully they WILL make a Leader version of him...

Cybertronian jet, ala the first movie Megatron. Actually pretty similar, just with one front instead of 3. Check the photo in the first movie Fallen thread.

When you think about it, there cant really be that much need for anything other than a Jet mode on Cybertron. Why be a wheeled vehicle when you can just as easily fly. No need for construction machines as the buildings can transform themselves into whatever.

WOW...that looks fantastic! Especially now that it's transformed correctly...but that seems bigger than a Deluxe...

Given his body mass, height and complexity of his transformation from the instruction booklet that leaked with this weekend's pics, I would say he needs to be a Leader sized toy. If he's 20cm tall, that brings him to at least Prime's neck when his knees are bent - and he's way to bulky to be a tall, thin toy like Lockdown.
He will likely have sounds and light-up features with all that translucent plastic, but since this appears to be a test-run type figure, this particular sample might not have it.

I'm willing to bet this will be one of two "the fallen" releases in the toy line. Megs had a voyager and leader class representation last time around and I think this may be something similar.

Looks O.K, for a alien figure, but I don't like it as a Transformer, but that's how it is...
