The 2010 Transformers assortment seems to be well under production. GenZhao of KOToys.com has taken several pictures of Infiltration Soundwave, a blue/red repaint of Deluxe Soundwave. He comes with a repaint of Cannon Bumblebee, Battlefield Bumblebee, and an assortment of other things. Take a look at the pictures below.

Soundwave's other repaints are Chara Hobby Soundwave, and the Generation-1 Deco Soundwave included in the Gathering at the Nemesis, which will appear in Seibertron's galleries shortly. So this is the Soundwave that comes in the 2 pack with Bumblebee? Looks very nice. It may not be the "Geewuney" Soundwave that comes in that awful 3 pack with Movie 1 Megatron and the Fallen, but I think it's pretty cool. It's almost like an amalgamation of both the Soundwave and Soundblaster color schemes.

Also isn't there supposed to be some sort of mail-away figure that comes with this set? If it's any good, and if they'll ship it up here, this may be a buy.

BTW, why is it every time I see pictures, or even video reviews of Soundwave, he's mistransformed?! It really grinds my gears. Don't make dig up that concept art image.

My main beef with this figure is the huge piece of orange plastic in the middle of his chest. Doesn't mesh with the rest of the colours of the figure, and just throws it off for me. Of course I'll probably pick up the two pack because I'm a sucker for these box sets, and I have yet to own either variation of these molds.

Well the yellow wouldnt be as noticable if people would actually shift the chest up like it should! Jeez, it peeves me so much.

Wal-Mart's and Target have had their hands full with their exclusives. TRU has that Back Road Brawl, which probably was alot more popular than Masters of Shelfwarmingikato. Guess it'll be a TRU exclusive because all their exclusives have been two-packs so far. However, I've got a feel that this could be available in all stores..

"Infiltration"??? This reminds me of the G1 episode where the autobots painted themself to look like the stunticons; maybe now Soundwave wants to look like Smokescreen? :???:

My guess is NOT TRU, since they have the Soundwave in the 3 pack right now.

Why is his chest always mistransformed in these kind of pics? The circles are supposed to point forward, not down.
