New Images of Transformers DOTM Deluxe Class Sideswipe

He sucks ass how boring can you get im more than happy with my ROTF Sideswipe even the car looks dull and that weopon jesus, It's a lump of grey plastic i hope its silver when it comes out for those who will buy him/it.

Another TF off my want list for DOTM, by the way while we are on the subject of Sideswipes, the ROTF Sideswipes can be reconfigured to look like G1 Streaks a.k.a. Silverstreak, Bluestreak, Blackstreak, but if you want to do this you need Strike Misson SS, normal SS, Hunters Rumble SS, okay you got that, now for the instructions.

First have your SS standing up
Then extend his “wings” as if you were going to transform him to car mode
So are the “wings” sticking out his back? If so good work
Then take the “wings” and split them across so it looks like two massive wings on his back
Now flip them up and turn them so that the hood parts are facing you
Now use the second joint on the “wings” and turn them down so it looks like the “wings” are in proportion to his body and very Streak like.

Wow, this line really is being targeted more towards kids, huh? This looks to be a very simplistic transformation, coupled with the gray plastic instead of silver paint, it def. seems to be aimed more towards kids.

Might have to skip some of these, which may not be a bad thing, cost-wise.

Apologies, but that's GOT to be a Legends or perhaps even a Scout class figure. NO WAY that could be a Deluxe. SAY it ain't so!

LOL...whether this is the actual figure or the proto it looks like a happy meal toy!

I have to agree. The mold looks pretty solid but the use of the gray plastic makes the figure look extremely cheap.

man this figure is really really bland, ROTF sideswipe great figure, sidearm sideswipe great figure this one not so much. Looks like a KO not a real hasbro one. Its a pass for me.

It just looks so......plain.

Even if Hasbro won't be doing it, I hope Takara, with their massive adult collector market, might spare a thought for us grownups and at the very least make a decent leader class OP with a trailer. I mean, they did give us Buster Prime, so there's always hope, right?

I don't even care if it's just a slight retool of the ROTF mold with a trailer added; ROTF OP was as near perfect as it was going to get, anyways.

As for DOTM Sideswipe, I am thoroughly disappointed. Looks like a legends class fig to me. And that cheap gray plastic....

Gosh, pretty slim pickings so far. Sentinel Prime's a confirmed buy, and I might get DOTM voyager Megs and Shockwave to display with ROTF Voyager SS, and the two Wreckers.

If my wallet had a face, it would be smiling smugly for the rest of the week.
