I'd love to have him with his proper chest and all but the rinky dink size of Trailcutter plus the very odd vehicle mode just didn't do it for me.
I think the Gen Trailcutter has a good bot mode (it looks good standing with my other Lost Lighters), but a lackluster alt mode (it is very tiny).
I still haven't warmed up to the CW mold yet. I think this helps a lot and differentiates it from the other Offroad reuses. The colors are very striking and I am digging that sweet flat top TB is sporting.

But now I do, thanks to your article!
No worries. I had a good feeling that the hand would work this way once I got a good look at it. I'm very thankful Decepticon Sunstorm was gracious enough to humor me and forward along some pics.

So that flat thumb doesn't help it stay put or fit any better than the other Offroad molds? It would seem odd that the hand has been redesigned so differently if there wasn't some type of special use in mind.

Now I feel I need to pick this figure up just out of curiousity.
Every way i've found to do it, i feel you're just wedging it in there. If the guy that took these pictures could be a little more descriptive with how he accomplished the look, i could recreate it. But like i said, right now i just feel like i'm forcing it in a gap.
