I cant tell robot from rock in that second picture. If this IS the Fallen, or any TF, for that matter, it's far from identifiable.

Maybe its Skorponok or maybe the fallens alt mode is a 2- or 3-headed dragon?

Maybe, those eyes on the toy box are Grimlock's? The Dinobots arrived on Earth as the scouts that sent back the clues to Cybertron on the Allspark's location. They 'fell' at the hands of the Decepticon envoy, a big hulking thing called a Gestalt... I mean Combiner. Then Megatron got there, etc, etc...
