New Transformers Studio Series Reveals Expected in October

During the course of Pulsecon, it was noted that Studio Series was once more absent from reveals. Thankfully, we will not have to wait long for more from the toyline. Thanks to Hasbro’s Ben MacCrae over on Instagram, we have news that the Studio Series line will be seeing some reveals next month.

He notes that they did want to do some reveals, but given the limited time, the Legacy reveals, and the Hall of Fame announcements left no time for those reveals. This is good news, as the first of the new wave just leaked out around the same time, so hopefully Hasbro gets to do some reveals before the leaks come out.

He also hints at other reveals to come in October as well, so stay tuned for additional reveals in addition to the next Studio Series wave.

I've heard speculation that Hasbro might hold another 1027 event at the end of October. Can't remember which YouTube channel I heard that on, might have been Geek.Dad.Life. Wouldn't surprise me. It was basically their answer to not attending New York Comic Con.

Same here, just got the email. I really hate their pre-order system where if they get something late they punish the customers. They canceled a Masters of the Universe exclusive pre-order at the same time, but those are pretty easy to come by in store so I'm not to concerned, but Prime is going to be a tough one to get. If Tow-Line was gone in a couple days then I really don't stand a chance with Prime being restocked I feel. Never saw the SS86 Autobot 2 pack either.

TLK Mohawk is reportedly in wave 1 of 2024, so we should see him during those reveals!

Yep! Really excited to see how he turns out. Glad they're finally tackling the TLK Decepticon team!

As for our tournament, the finale is almost here! Are you team Warpath or team Springer?

Warpath narrowly defeated Transit with 53% of the vote, and Springer beat Shockwave with a little bit more of a lead with 55%

DOTM Warpath kept his top spot from the rankings and took 57% of the finale vote, becoming this year's Studio Series September champion! For everyone who voted for him, what would you like to see if he was to get a Studio Series figure? Voyager or Leader Class? Would he include a ROTF claw accessory that could work with DOTM Megatron to recreate his game appearance?

Wow, he looks great! I really like the detailing you used to make the grill and air intake areas of the hood look dirty.

I'm still shocked Longarm didn't make it out of the first round. I love that toy, and would love an update.

An update would be really cool! I don’t think I knew about that reference, I have the screen battles version that says “Mike’s Towing” instead!

"Orson's Towing" is a dual reference to two people. First is Aaron Archer, who used the name "Orson" as his online screenname back when he hosted Orson's World. And second is the person whom Archer's "Orson" alias was named after, legendary Hollywood film actor Orson Welles, who we know as the voice of Unicron in TFTM.

Got lucky and found wave 8 Core Class at a local Walmart in Springfield,Mo.
