I actually like Unicron in that second pic with the pine cone assembled into one large piece. If it didn't cost too much for what I thought it was worth, I'd like to have it in my collection. It would never leave robot mode though because... well, there is just nowhere to go.

That has got to be the WORST Unicron figure ever! This like the ROTF The Fallen. Just a totally half-assed alt mode for the sake of having an alt mode. This arguably worse because at least the Fallen's alt mode looked somewhat like an alt mode for that universe. And the combining with Prime and Megatron? What's the point? Is Unicron really going to combine with them in the show? I don't see it happening. And what a piss poor combined mode. Drape half of Unicron over their shoulders and tuck the other half behind their legs and hope nobody notices.
Same reason Prime is fuchsia. Someone probably fudged up the color settings on these photos.

After seeing more pictures im no longer upset that hasbro isnt releasing unicron, that thing looks horrible and that alt mode (if you can call it that) is just plan bad. Ironhide looks awesome but even if he gets released im not paying $15 for em.

Kinda interesting the two clumps of rocks can combine, though I take it they are thus hollow. Does he have actual hands under there or does Unicron have to make do with the rock-clumps and Minicon (with is basically a lump of rock itself).
With the apparent face and those horns, I wonder if you could make a giant Unicron head mode.

So Unicron turns into a volcano (magma and all) with his face on it. That's actually kinda cool. He's staying preordered.
He will NOT be combining with Optimus or Megs though and if those Decepticon symbols are stickers, they won't be applied. If they're painted on, they're getting scraped off.
