Welllllllllllllllllll mirageANDjazz it seems like YOU care 2X more than everybody else.

IDW is a company that follows Hasbro's long standing tradition of not caring about it's iconic characters, so Tailgate could wind up on the scrapheap with the likes of Bumblebee and Shockwave.

There is no way that isn't going to turn out to be a pet/tamed Legislator, it's too obvious a threat as displayed to be revealed for the preview.

This looks super awesome, Tailgate and Cyclonus are great. Seems most of my season 1 favs are returning and S2 looks to maybe be even better. And yes I am an original, was the perfect age of 6 in 1984, G1er and IDW is slowly becoming the "main" G1 to me.

That's a cool idea and would actually make sense, I mean Sunstreaker has one of the Insecticon Swarm guys as a pet.

Also, Tailgate isn'T going to die now, Roberts apparently spared his life in the storyline prior to Dark Cybertron, due to his popularity. No way he does that just to kill him off in the first book of season 2.

I also see that highly improbable, but then, we've seen deaths happen a lot in this series.

The idea of the Legislator being controlled or owned by someone else (Atomizer, maybe, due to the arrows?) is intriguing, though..

Atomizer has definitely had a hand in fighting him that's for sure. Didn't notice the arrows at first.
The fact that its speech bubble says "Ten.." may also be a tipoff to it not attacking. The attack orders they usually have start with "Nineteen".
So the "ten..." might be counting down to something, judging by the series till now, I would say ... a game of hide and seek.

Yea, a lot of deaths, but it seems very unlikely to change a script last minute so he survives, just to then kill him right after we see him for the first time since his last appearance. That's too cruel even by Roberts' standards.

We cut away from the Legislator/Tailgate scene to see Optimus showing off the contents of his new trailer, which he has just had modified for Megatron's trial. Prowl looks on in amazement as Prime's trailer folds open to reveal a mobile Kangaroo Court!

Tailgate eluded to Rodimus getting voted out. I know he (Rodimus)didn't take that too well. I must admit he is one of my favorites. I just wish that Prowl would've gotten demoted for all of the mess that he pulled before Bombshell's cerebro chip. Or at least give Fortmax a few minutes alone with him to get some stuff off of his chest.
