Sloppy, the Japanese has a typo: It's supposed to be ヒプノチップ (hipunochippu) or Hypno-chip, not ヒュプノテップ (hyupunoteppu), which is just nonsense.

To be fair he may already come with one of those in package, much like Sideswipe included a set of pile drivers. His amazon exclusive simply added a second, different, pair. I don't think we have enough info to know yet.

The TFSource Facebook page has posted five additional images to give us a better and clearer look at the MP-20 Wheeljack prototype.
