I am Tank Megatron, that over there is my friend Jet Megatron.
And to his left is Gun Megatron, usually we also hang around with Truck Megatron and Tyrannosaurus Rex Megatron, but Dragon Megatron ate them.

I want to know why Has Tak seem to be so fixated on making the best molds super rare?
I mean Windcharger is one of the best molds out there, he's better than most Alternators, yet he's only available in limited quantities?

I'm guessing the 'limited' versions come with that sticker and then the mass releases that follow will not, and be identical otherwise.
Hasbro tried this same gimmick on Star Wars figures a while back with lackluster results.

Aw. I was hoping this would be targetmaster Hot Rod with a retool motor mount and... well, you know. A targetmaster.

He *does* have a retooled engine with a solid peg, which can be used with PCC Mini-Cons Backwind and Pinpoint. Backwind has been repainted into Targetmaster Micron Caliburst, and Pinpoint will be repainted into Arms Micron firebolt.

Fortunately, there is a cheat. There will be two versions of Micron Firebolt: the regular grey version, and a clear version, which is largely identical to Pinpoint.

Yeah, I'd say the same thing about the best molds regarding the Prime line... they just "pulled" the First Edition figures before they ever even hit most of the USA. The Robots in Disguise versions are a different mold... and seen as inferior by a lot of people on the boards.
Same story. I can't imagine having some of the best molds unavailable to the masses. Those should be the ones most accessible and easy to find.
