Skywarp: Clear Purple Version will be free to anyone who buys 3000 yen or more of Animated figures at Toys R Us
To get Decepticon Sunstorm: Clear Orange Version you have to buy Ultra Magnus from Amazon.jp or buy, you guessed it, 3000 or more yen's worth of Animated figures at electronics and hobby store Yamada Denki
Ramjet: Clear White Version can only be got from Japanese department store Ito Yokada if you buy, yes, at least 3000 yen of Animated figures.
The most mysterious figure, Starscream Clone: Black Version will be available only from Japanese department store Jusco if you buy Ultra Magnus.
All the figures will be available from the 24th of July apart from the black clone, who can only be got from the 6th August. Their page on the Takara Tomy website can be seen here.
