Japanese online store e-Hobby have new stock in of The Fallen: Blazing Edition. This figure, an extensive redeco of the Voyager-class The Fallen mold has many translucent orange parts and was originally only available at the Winter Wonder Festival event in Japan. What's more, the figure is being sold for only 5000 yen (approximately 54 US dollars).

Hmmm left overs huh? $54 is not enough to buy this mold again and the Target exclusive i bought for $5 will do just fine, unless i sell him.... ha ha!!

isn't the difference between the target one and this one, is that it has clear plastic on certain parts? :???:

Indeed. The Target one has parts that are painted orange but on this one the parts have been recast in clear orange plastic.

As I recall, it wasn't only the orange parts that were translucent, but the entire figure (or at least a good percentage of it) was that way. My sister has the first release of The Fallen and hasn't taken it out of the box yet, not for preservation purposes, but because she's lazy, and I've been bugging her for it for a long time. Perhaps I'll just grab this guy since he's publicly available now! :KREMZEEK:

I wouldn't pay $5 for this thing. :P Too bad they can't re-release some Wonderfest exclusives that are actually worth owning, like the TFTM Arcee G1-inspired repaint, for example.

Complete and utter junk. This mold deserves to be retired.

Yea, five bucks is about right for this mold.

It's really not much of a transformer, but it is an OK looking robot I guess.

I'm contemplating it for this price.

Haven't picked up any version of this mold yet, but i'd like one to go with Bludgeon and Mindwipe.

Is this re-release the best version?

I don't want to be a Negative Nathan, but this mold is kind of a joke no matter what the price is.
