Knowing TRU it's probably an SDCC and TRU.com exclusive in the US, but normal TRU retail for the rest of the world. Wouldn't surprise me at all somehow.
But more likely this is where Hasbro is doing their US launch, they've done that previous years with MPs launching at SDCC.

Honestly, you're not missing much. I mean, if they're not out in the USA at all for some reasons, that's odd. If it's just some stores that don't have them, you should be able to get your overpriced butterscotch fix online with free shipping.

Just in NYC at the flagship store, so of course they got them... there is more to the U.S. than New York. Nashville and St. Louis never got them.
Also, online ordering is irrelevant to those wanting to shop at brick and moter stores.

First off, it's not just NYC. I'm from NJ, and there are plenty to be found there, too.
Second, it's one thing to prefer brick & mortar retail, which I do as well. It's another to shun online entirely. If something doesn't show up in store, you're just going to pass on it entirely instead of buying online?
