The new Transformers: Fall of Cybertron Gameplay Trailer is live now at www.Gamespot.com. The video has has been embedded below on Seibertron.com's YouTube Channel. The current release date is scheduled for August 28th of this year! Hopefully High Moons Studio will be announcing whether or not there will be pre-order or store exclusive content.

Looks like one little screamer will be getting a close up :shock:

This kind of makes sense since the combaticons side with SS. Also, it looks like Megatron does not carry around a fusion cannon anymore, and that Prime and Megs switched to using swords. This is going to be EPIC! :APPLAUSE:

I'm liking that a lot. Looks like it's gonna be badass and the story seems to lead right into the G1 cartoon. I will say this though, that isn't a gameplay trailer. These are fmv's. there is maybe 1 segment of actual in game stuff and that is the Grimlock stage. I really wish studios would actually show the in game footage on trailers, not just footage from in game movies.

These games have nothing to do with G1!!!

I think the scene where Optimus is held down by some "energon chains" (I think) and is slapped by Megatron is pretty epic.

That may be, but the ending sure seems to be leading to it. The Ark takes off, chased by Decepticons. What's the next logical step? Crashing on Earth.

@Rodimus, they kind of hinted that there would be some kind of a longer journey in between their departure from Cybertron and their arrival to Earth. Perhaps a WFC 3? Also, I think that it would be really interesting if the Combaticons were deactivated after trying to overthrow Megatron in this game (like G1), and eventually reactivated by SS (also like G1)

To hell with rent! I need to pre-order this game! I wanna see what the multiplayer and the character customization is like! Also: I agree with the comment that this looks like a movie trailer. Better than the trailers we get for the :michaelbay:

Got that right. Didn't sound like very good dustep though. They're all trying to take after my youtube link anyway :lol:
