I feel like my classics shelf is starting to get a sense of accurate scale, only iGEAR rager is shorter than the rest of the Legends class minibots we've been getting. I always felt like Bumblebee should be the shortest, so CW Huffer gets him a bit more in scale. That's one victory.
I like to buy at retail to support the brand and the hobby, so I try to hold out for a hasbro release if a 3rd party is dropping something. Again, CW Huffer wins.
iGear Rager though... I've added a silver outline autobot reprolabel and touched up his flat blue plastic with a little sky blue to make him more screen accurate. He's the perfect screen accurate G1 huffer.
I don't know what to do!
at least if I get CW Huffer, selling my show accurate Rager would probably generate enough money that huffer paid for himself twice over. :S
What would you guys do?
I've long since given up on trying to get scale correct. If it's possible, I'll try to but I don't fret it if I can't. I'm more about getting as many characters represented as possible. Another reason why I don't know if I need another Huffer since I have one I like.
I am fussy about consistency. The fact that the two prior uses of the mold have partners and this one doesn't bugs the hell out of me for some reason. I can rationalize Bombshell and Powerglide not having them because they're new molds but this is the same reason I held off on Legends Windchanger and Thundercracker. Little things like that scratch at my brain.
