Yes, this is the Hasbro version. Hasbro Hong Kong usually gets things well before hand.

why isnt there a shot of the back? there are 50 action poses shot from the side or front but none of the robots back. Not a huge fan of this figure but there are aspects of it that i like, mainly the alt mode. wont buy it day 1 but if theres a sale or coupon deal like we just had with DOTM i may consider picking it up.

the one with the hammer is a later release.. this is in wave one.
hmm.. i'm going to take a wild guess.. but i'm going to say that it's average deluxe size.. between 6 and 7 inches.. or close to it.

Dang, looks like such an awesome toy! I don't know why they have to have two deluxe molds for the same character when this one looks so good. So hard to decide which one to get, I really like the flipping hand/gun gimmick of this one.
Edit: Comparing the images, while the second version is more show-accurate and the chest/waist area looks better, there are also some things that bug me like being able to see feet or something under the car in vehicle mode (think every movie Bee since ROTF), and some pretty bad leg kibble in bot mode. I think I've made my decision. This first version may be less accurate and has some pretty epic arm kibble, but it looks better to me. Plus, I'd rather have the cool arm/gun switching than some dumb axe thing pegged to the top of the car. Mechtech and other conspicuous weapons =

Cliffjumper, Starscream, and The 2-pack are the only Prime toys that I will buy on sight. The rest will wait for coupons or sales.
