Funny thing, for years, "fans" who loated the japanese series (among other things) for calling Optimus Prime "Convoy", and now that the name Optimus is used, it sounds awful.
Moral of the story, Don't hear fans, kick the fans in the throat, as hard as you can, fans are never, EVER right!

That is exactly why they never called him Optimus Prime until recently. Optimus Prime is too hard to say in Japanese, they should have stuck to Convoy.
