Following up on the information from the IDW panel at NYCC09, concerning Spotlight Metroplex and the AHM coda, comes a follow-up article from Comic Book Resources.

The Comic Book resources article covers the already known information, but as an added bonus contains dozens of comic covers and pages of art from both the Transformers and G.I. Joe franchises.

Included are some covers that we have seen before, and others that have, before now, never been seen.

Those with sharp eyes, may even notice some previously unreleased line art for a much anticipated upcoming comic.

Excited for new IDW-verse stuff...Coda should be interesting...

And since both GI Joe and Transformers are hitting the screen this summer, it would be the PERFECT time for IDW to reprint Dreawave's GI Joe / TF crossover...

"For kids and the young at heart, IDW is releasing children's books based on Hasbro's "Heroes" line of kid-friendly toys. Both "Transformers: Robot Heroes" and "GI Joe: Combat Heroes" arrive in stores later this year."

Still not clear on what the upcoming 16 page poster book will contain though, was hoping this new article would share some info.
