Hi,
We’ll be shipping him out shortly, Fansproject made mistakes in the shipping, causing a two week delay in the release. We should start shipping them out any day.
Thanks and Best Regards,
Curt

Rather unpolite of them to cast the entire thing on the manufacturer, especially when their recent move is likely at least in part the cause of the delay.

This is what I got from them yesterday, I probably wont buy from them again:
"The delay was caused by Fansproject’s shipping the product late, and still guaranteeing it would arrive by September, but it didn’t and then they messed up the shipment, so as a result we will just receive the product tomorrow and start shipping out. Manufacturers delays are very common and outside of our control. Once received, we’ll ship out all preorders in the order received, and will email each customer once their order ships."

TF Source blew it. They are now off my radar once I get my CC. Preordering should be rewarded with cheaper price or first dibs and that doesn't seem to be the case with any of the online retailers BBTS TF Source etc.
Though at least TF Source should have been upfront about the delay. They should have sent a blanket email stating that they are aware the item is being shipped out to by EVERY OTHER retailer and that they are still waiting for their shipment OR that they have the shipment and will start shipping Oct 17th due to the move...Something, but not sending any info out and hoping that the customers don't ask and then blaming it solely on the Manuf is just BS! As if the Manufacturer would only screw up the orders to TF Source, coincidentally the online retailer which just conducted a massive relocation.
Smells like BS thrown all over the room.
Sorry TF Source you lost my future business.
