Wonderfest 2015 - Takara Tomy Q Transformers Evangelion Crossover

In amidst all the other Takara Tomy Transformers reveals, some smaller, superdeformed and definitely adorable additions to the Q Transformers line were also shown off this past day - check out below the latest QT lil ones (via site sponsor TFSource), featuring the Awakening version of Unit 01, QTF07 Ironhide, QTF08 Jetfire and the first set of three Decepticons QTFS02 with Megatron, Shockwave and Soundwave! Plus, we get three plushie versions of Optimus Prime, Bumblebee and Lockdown from the animated web series, courtesy of Yawaraka.

But yeah, I totally get what you are saying and its why I posted the pics above. You can actually get yourself quite the RID cast collection focusing just on that legion class. Hasbro has put a ton of love in it for some reason.

It seems like the Q-Transformers line is going to give us all the main G1 characters including the best Dinobot of all: Grimlock! Like Soundwave and Shockwave, his alt mode has been relegated to a car. Ratchet has also been revealed, which we all expected to see sooner rather than later once the Ironhide figure was revealed. These images were found on Robot Kingdom, thanks to fellow Seibertronian Decepticon Sunstorm, and the listings indicate a March 2016 release. Believe it or not, these Q-Transformers are actually the site owner's favourite figures at the moment. Check out some of the galleries if you think of getting into these cute little figures!

Fellow Seibertronian and regular Twincaster xRotorstormx has spotted an announcement via the official Takara Transformers account on Twitter, pertaining to the release of the first Arcee figure in their Q-Transformers line. We had seen glimpses of this previously, but it appears that a January episode of the animated series will introduce the character - released at the end of January with what sounds like a massive launch party - and a new Beast Wars geared festival in 2016! Oh no, I'm not getting sucked into another Chibi style line. I already have a ton of Kre-O's and Bot Shots.

It always starts out with "Oh it's cute and cheap. I can buy one." Next thing you know, I've spent a whole paycheck on them.
