Pretty cool, it really reminds me of the Rocket Launcher special Prime had in the DOTM game though, I wonder if it was inspired by that.

For those of us who can't read Japanese, can someone translate those plaques!!

The last picture says something about a secret weapon from Coro Coro (Koro Koro?) Comic. Wonder if it has anything to do with the Targetmaster in the picture.

I think Blurrz is still kinda right, look at the close-up of the shoulder cannon in the last pic, the top single cannon has "things" sticking out of the side on the back, and they look like they have hands sculpted on.
Also that sword looks damn complicated with a couple of hinges. Could we be getting new target-masters for Prime?
