I realized why they might've picked the Energon Omega Supreme mold. His super train mode is long and snake-like. They might even paint a snake head on the end of it.

Woah, slow the roll. GDO = Global Development Organization, iirc from "elsewhere" on the internet. Someone emailed Hasbro to get that information. The assumption is that it refers to products conceived by this internal organization.
