BLAST FROM THE PAST FROM ACROSS THE POND!
Simon Furman's script "Another Time And Place" was published in the 1992 Transformers UK comic book annual. The story bridges the gap between the end of the Generation One comics (US issue #80 / UK issue #332) and the Generation 2 storyline.

UK COMIC COVER ARCHIVES
In the 1980s, Marvel Comics' UK division produced their own body of work with licensed titles, and reprints of Marvel US material packaged with new UK stories such as Captain Britain. The most prolific of the Marvel UK titles was The Transformers, spanning 332 issues, hardback annuals, and Collected Comics reprints that appeared every few months. The Transformers UK book lasted because it was well illustrated and featured well-planned, mature stories by writer Simon Furman, fitting into the timeline created by the US Transformers comic series (which was reprinted in the UK book.)
