Are there any level 0 Decepticons active here?

Hi, I'm new here and have been playing for a few days now and was just wondering if there're any level 0 Decepticons that ever come to join missions?

I can be, haven't been due to lack of Level 0 Bots

If you can get through the level 0 grind it gets better.

Sent you some energon, grab a couple Firework Launchers to get started.
Lightsabers after that when you can
