I didn't see a topic for this, and it came up on the recent BBTS newsletter. This is the Art of War Hero Rifle from ArtTek.

Here's the order page at BBTS

For $12 I might just add this to an upcoming order. I have wanted a more G1 looking rifle for Classics Prime, though it might be just a hair on the big side.

Weapon: Twin Sonic Cannons
I handled these at Metrocon and they felt very strong and sturdy, however I don't really need it.

Yeah i think classics prime and his recolors have a fair amount of combat options available to them already. Maybe a weapon for someone else would be better

Ironically enough, their reasoning is it's not for any version of Prime, but rather the FoC Soundwave whose promo pictures showed him holding a G1 Prime gun.

Heh, that's funny. When I saw those pics of Soundwave, I thought, "Finally, I can have my Classics Prime holding a G1 gun." 8-}

I did see that and i did think it was abit silly to be advertising a 2013 figure with a 1984 weapon.

Too late. I got 3 Dr. Wu Prime gunns already. And Soundwave with a Prime gun is stupid. I plan to buy him a G1 gun when I get hold of the Takara version which will be my classics Soundwave.

Neat, but my Gears of War II set handled my Classics Prime quite nice. And I have no intentions of buying FoC Soundwave either.
Not caring about scale since 1984. Just like Hasbro.

Weapon: No Weapon
I can see this being used to replace a G1 Optimus gun simply because of the handle issue, but otherwise the appeal is lost on me, especially at that price...

It's FunPub. It's their specialty.

don't take that to mean I'm a killjoy just because I can be, though...
