Nope. They are my own addition as the plan is to have Off Road perched on top of Menasor's shoulders playing a guitar like that guy in Fury Road. The chains are going to be his harness. I know it works, I just need to finish painting his guitar.

What release is this Perceptor? I don't recognize it.

That's the way the figure comes, but there is a real flavored version out there.
