Some of the current story material on Nebulos will blend right in to this.
Basically think about shows like Oz, or Deep Space Nine, Babylon 5, etc. Shows where the plot and drama is all contained primarily within one core location and the interactions between those characters keeps it thriving.
Then, maybe mix in a little ancient Roman mythos and history with it, and you'll have an idea of what this material is going for.
The setting itself will just dig in to Garrus-9 and its daily operations. For those that have read Last Stand of the Wreckers, the location should be immediately recognizable. It'll be a place where you can have Autobots and Decepticons talking to each other without necessary a weapon pointed at each other constantly.
