The hips, head, forearms and hands do enhance Devastator, yes. Those are logical upgrades. This one... come on!
Not caring about scale since 1984. Just like Hasbro.

yea, i think id rather see reprolables make a purple decail cover for the drum as part of a new tv acurate upgrade kit, like the ones they have done for the combaticons and other transformers.

Pass.

They're taking the piss now, really.

The other upgrades are great, but this...
Wanted:
Botcon 2010 Scorch
Cybertron Cannonball
25th anniversary Insecticons

Lots of stuff for trade, PM me if interested.

I'm wondering if there's more than just the drum in Set #9. New (screen-accurate) heads perhaps? :CON:

Dont know what else they could add to Devastator. All you need for a purple drum is a spare and some purple paint really. Pass on this one, still waiting for the others to ship

This sort of thing really puts in perspective how awesome the FansProject Bruticus add-ons will be. Although I can see the appeal of slowly improving ones G1 Devastator. Problem is, it would not be feasible for me since shipping one item at a time to Australia is going to get stupid expensive real fast, shipping wise, that is. :-(

There _is_ more to this upgrade set than just the replacement drum. If you go to CrazyDevy's site, they also show new clips for the shoulders, a new front plate, and a new piece that allows for the waist to swivel. All in all, another nice set of upgrades.

Huh, whaddayaknow? There is more. And it's probably the cheapest add-on CD has done. Still wish they would do this all in one shot. Guys, you're killing me. Like your stuff, really do, but very very poor way of releasing your items. Good thing this set is cheap. I went from no to most likely.

So we get a shoulder brace for the right arm extension, a new mounting plate ( for waist movement), and the purple colored drum for Mixmaster.

My question is, well lets say that Takara does a Encore release of good ol' Devastator, I wonder how high the prices will go and how hard these parts will be to acquire? And yes i agree with everyone and complete kit or set needs to be in store for us to buy, especially if Takara does release Devastator. GOD! please have Takara release Devastator
