devastator toy question

hey guys i'm new here and i have a question,
i bought a devastator a few weeks ago for $10 and i have never seen one like it, so i asked my girlfriend who know way more about the toys then i do and she has no clue can you guys help me out?
my pic file is to big to attach and its late for me so if you wanna see the pics pm me with your email and ill shoot you the pics.
