Ironhide is an important character.

Too bad the G1 toy sucks.

I got a head looks pretty similar to G1's, (I think it might be from power ranger), so switched the head

I used some lego parts for the neck connection

mid-range

all my ironhides

You're right about where the new head comes from, accordin to my sources it a Power Rangers Dino Thunder Red Battlized Ranger set with a red ranger that can transform into the red dinozord.

Still great looking Ironhide custom you've got there.
