This was a Causality update and from what I heard (maybe here it's been so long) is that Motormaster is going to be part of the Warbot line and the Menasor pieces are going to be a separate Crossfire set. That'll give us everything at the right scale.

Whatever the nomenclature they choose, I'm in the same damn boat as you. Stunticons hold a strong memory of my childhood and I've been looking forward to this iteration. Not sure why the members of this set would be labeled in different product lines, but I just want it to look badass and to crash into preorder like the Stunticons crashed into 'Bots and inanimate objects at will!

My preference would be more of a Crossfire set, with Breakdown and Wildrider (and whatever applicable combiner pieces) sold as a set, then Deadend and Dragstrip, followed by MM as the 3rd and final piece. That way we're getting the set completed at a more reasonable pace and doesn't seem to be more like a nickle-and-dime move.

TL;DR - gimme!

It's the way the do their scales. Causality = Deluxe, Warbot = Voyager, Crossfire = Accessories. Meaning the four cars would be like $45-$50, Motormaster would be like $75-$80, and the Menasor parts set could be my left kidney at that point because I'd gladly give it!

I don't care how they do it or whatever names they use, they just need to get these released!!!!!

Would have prefered a slightly more G1 looking vehicle for Dragstrip but I don't care. It will still look amazing. Wildrider and Breakdown look amazing, Deadend has an awesome vehicle mode too. Can't wait for the Motormaster reveal. I hope he has cab feet

I think it'll look pretty good as Menasor.

Kind of disappointed in Dead End and Drag Strip alt modes. To god damn neo for me. I hope the paint schemes and the robot modes scream G1. But I will still buy. This blows Hasbro out the galaxy.

As much as people were impatient to see more progress, I really like how we're seeing things now, as it's almost ready for preorders, ratehr than seeing them all nearly a year ago and having to wait.

Yep, and Dragstrip looks sorta like a Dodge Prowler. FP is definitely taking creative license with these (likely to avoid legal issues with both Hasbro and car companies ) but I think these guys look pretty awesome so far.

Also, did anyone notice the two pegs (which look like exhaust pipes) on the rear of Breakdown's alt mode? They look kinda like the pegs on the front of the Energon tanks used in the Bruticus combiner sets. I'm thinking that perhaps those are what's used for combining the feet with the legs, though only time will tell I suppose.

Ferrari FXX is just the race version of an ENZO either way I'm sold =D
Also if it's an FXX i wonder if it'll have 2 race strips on top or will it be red instead of the g1 Dead end colors. I'm guessing it'll be the correct g1 Dead end colors but it'll be weird seeing a Ferrari not in Ferrari red (or black or yellow or any of their secondary colors)... If this is a license product Ferrari will never let them use that color.

Yes, the FXX is based on the Enzo, and yet the one used for WildRider is the FXX. See the difference below:

Thanks for posting. I am not sure I have seen this picture. The shoulders stick up a little high. And if that is what they are measuring 11.5" height from, then his head may only reach 10" high, correct?

Crossfire Bruticus is about 10" at the head and about 11.75" at the top of Explorer's shoulder so it'll still loom over Crossfire Superion.

It's not a licensed anything so they can make it whatever color they want.

In Botcon's animated comic she was. There has been murmerings that FP may do the same, but I think it's unlikely.

That seems almost too good to be true. These guys will be pretty affordable?!

I paid 90 something for PE Motobot RC. and while I love that figure, the plastic doesn't feel as good as HasTak products for that price. But 50 for an awesome deluxe-ish figure...now that's happiness inducing.
