POWERMASTER OPTIMUS PRIME is from the 1988 Transformers series. This auction includes a 100% complete Powermaster Optimus Prime which includes 2 black laser rifles, 2 grey twin particle beam cannons, and Hi-Q (Powermaster engine/partner). The stickers are definitely worn on Prime but overall he's in good condition and ready to kick some Decepticon butt. The white on the figure is oddly white while the grey on the figure has started to yellow slightly.
This figure has a lot of sentimental value to me. I received this item back in 1988 a couple of days after my little sister was born from my Dad. I had never seen this version of Optimus Prime before. It was my first Optimus that I had as a kid. I was thrilled! Thought I was the coolest kid on the street. Lots of memories tied to this figure. Hope it goes to a great home and to someone who can appreciate this figure's history both in the toy line and with me.
