That cape could be modded with a bendy wire inside.
One thing is sure though. The wings-legs are still rubber and it's clearly NOT worth the asking price. Especially the Canadian price.
Also, LOL scalpers asking 120$CAN for that common (or soon to be common) toy.

With just a bit more effort, that bat head could have folded into the chest cavity.
So good, he’s making a second appearance! Now that #Halloween is behind him, Draculus is heading to shelves (as well as online) on November 28th. Parents check those at Target collector spot endcaps or check out our stories to bookmark the link for the restock coming this weekend.
This figure features details inspired by the 1931 Universal Pictures film, Dracula, including black and white deco inspired by the black and white movie release.

Thanks, but I don't use Instagram, so I wasn't aware of that. Did they give a reason in that post?
I thought it had been found at GameStop(?), but can't say for certain where exactly.. I was under the impression it was in the US, but not 100% sure

And it was not found in US Gamestops

Wow! Thanks for your completely useless responses then
Back to what I HAD originally asked: Is Target themselves street dating this? Meaning is the date completely up to Target, or does Hasbro (or others) dictate the date?
