FOC Scourge...yes another one.

Weapon: Blinding, Corroding Black Beam Gun

I know there must be a hundred of these but hey, I don't post customs often. I gave him a host of new guns and a pair of swords. I also filled in the thighs (they look crappy hollow). Also the pics make the turquoise look noe blue than it really is, but I suck at takin pics.
