For me the figure is just too awesome to care about the wrists. While it would be nice, it's not an issue for me. It a voyager Galvatron and now they even got the colors right and added an LED light. Maybe somebody might come out with some new arms. If not, oh well.

When I took a good look at how I display my figures, I have a habit of posing most of my deluxe and smaller figures with a straight standing, weapon drawn. It is relatively straight forward and boring, but achievable for most of them.
As the scales get bigger, I tend to pose them a little more. This includes wrist action, especially when I pay over $100 per figure.

That may be true, and I do get that but seriously twice as much?

Twice as much = exaggeration.
115/75 = 1.5333

He's retailing for £30 according to a previous poster, and Kapow are asking for £75, now I figure £10-£20 accounts for shipping so I'm paying so I'm paying £25-£35 for what exactly? How much did Sound mixer retail for?

Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.

Isn't this version an exclusive?
That would increase the price a bit, plus this version comes with a light up canon.
Still a lot of dough though.

Oh - you're in the UK. Sound Mixer retails for $75 here, and Mania King retails for $115. Hence the equation above.
If the price is too high for you, just... don't buy it. I'm not sure why you want us to justify your purchasing this.
That said, Mania King is bigger than Sound Mixer, in both height and (a little) bulk:

Thanks for that comparison shot, puts things a little more into perspective.
The thing is I really like this figure and am desperately looking for reasons to justify dropping that amount of money on him, the comments around his complexity and your comparison photo shows that he is worth more that Soundmixer, if I can grab him (either variant) for around £60 then I'll be a happy bunny.

Yeah I was gonna use Kapow and saw he was out of stock, I was unaware of Omegalock until I found them yesterday whilst googleing Mania King. They have some pretty good 3rd party prices, may end up using them more what with Kapow reducing their 3rd party service.
