Chances are pretty great he will he a Springer retool, but with VTOL fans instead of Springer's rotors, if his cameo on Metroplex' art is anything to go by.

I hope that Sandstorm doesn't become a simple retool of Springer. I know it will make a lot of people happy and Sandstorm will get some long overdue attention. Ideally, I would like Sandstorm to be a different transformation all together.
