Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures have teamed up with JAKKS Pacific to create a "Giant Size" Godzilla toy for director Gareth Edwards' upcoming film and you can check it out below, thanks to MTV.
According to the site, "The enormous, articulated figure (12 points total) stands 24" high (measured diagonally), and is 43" long. In addition, his tail swings back and forth, his mouth opens and closes and he comes packaged with the ability to drive Bryan Cranston totally crazy."
Opening in 3D, 2D and IMAX theaters on May 16, the film stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Ken Watanabe, Elizabeth Olsen, Juliette Binoche, Sally Hawkins, David Strathairn and Bryan Cranston. The movie pits the world's most famous monster against malevolent creatures who, bolstered by humanity's scientific arrogance, threaten our very existence.

Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.
Dead Metal wrote:"A monster!"
"No, a GOD!"
Best introduction to Big G, ever.
SW's SilverHammer wrote:Yeah I figured thats what the monster was going to be: the genetically engineered such-&-such. Honestly I was hopping they'd save the super secret government program concept for sequel bait.
Wigglez wrote:Just remember. The sword is an extension of your arm. Use it as if you're going to karate chop someone with your really long sharp ass hand.

It's good, actually it's really fantastic.
I'm going to spoiler it a teeny weeny bit, the main trailers lie a bit about the movie, which is good because that means you'll actually be a bit surprised because you were expecting something different.
Godzilla is in the role of a hero, he does kinda destroy cities, but only because he's trying to save the world from the MOTU. But he actually does a better job of preserving human life and civilization than Superman did in Man of Steel.
The scenes involving Godzilla, especially near the end are awesome, and just ooze Godzillaness.

Sick Burn, Man of steel XD
Anyhow, I do have one question and one joke question, Are there any like references or Easter eggs or winks to any of the other Godzilla movies that you noticed, and does Bryan Cranston turn into Jet Jaguar?

There are nods to 1954, Godzilla feeds on radiation (like in the 1984 reboot), in the opening credits we see a drawing of a "Godzilla" skeleton, looks exactly like the skeleton seen in the 2002 Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla (including goofiness).
No he doesn't. What gave you the idea that he would?

It's when Cranston and his son go into the Q-zone to their old home, there is a glass pen in one of the shots (for a reptilian pet), and I swear I saw a piece of tape on the glass that said, "Mothra" on it.

It's pretty close to the original I love so much, but does have its own spin on it all.
