Hi all. I've been a long time fan and collector, but this is my first time on the forums. I had such a bad experience recently with Hasbro Toy Shop, that I wanted to post and get some feed back on other's experiences. I ordered CW Ultra Magnus the day it was available from Hasbro. This was my first and only time ever ordering from Hasbro Toy Shop. It came in about 10 days. Once opened I immediately realized the figure was missing all of its wheels. I called Consumer Care and they sent me a shipping label to return it for another. I was assured that they had plenty in stock and i would receive the correct figure. I sent it back and after a week checked the tracking number provided. Apparently the tracking numbers Hasbro uses for returns are never actually scanned by USPS and are not trackable. Another week went by and I got an email notification saying my return was being processed and replacement figure was being shipped out. After two more weeks I called back and asked. She said it was actually shipped later then I was told and to be patient. Then she gave me another tracking number which did not work. Another week went by and I called again. This time I got someone who said I should have received it by now and they would process another replacement, this time sent requiring a signature so it would have to be trackable. I told them after a month of waiting, I wanted to be sure I was getting the figure I paid for, since their policy is to send a different figure if the correct one is unavailable. The Hasbro rep said once he knew for sure he would call me to confirm. Another 2 days went by and I got a call saying Magnus was out of stock and I had my choice between Leader Megatron or Thundercracker. Both of which I already own. At this point I asked for refund and was told they could do that, but it would have to be a check in the mail and to wait another two weeks. Frustration does not begin to cover it. I could have bought my Magnus ten times over from Amazon by now. So about 4 days into waiting for my refund, I finally got the replacement figure that was lost in the mail. I opened the box and was surprised to see a deluxe class CW Breakdown instead of Leader Magnus. I didn't bother to call Hasbro since as far as I know a refund is still coming, but what the hell?!!! Not only did they send me the wrong figure, but they sent me one that costs less than half of what I spent. Anyone else have the worst experience ever with Hasbro Toy Shop? Please share so I know Im not alone. Also, if anyone wants a new CW breakdown on the cheap, Ill gladly unload for $10 or best offer. -TW
