This book was a waste of time and probably won't factor into anything else in the future then again IDW is really lacking in quality these days so whatever.

I thought it was a good read. While it didn't have much effect on the wider story it was still good.

only thing that happened is oh more backstory on Prowl's evil deeds and more Wreckers die needlessly and Springer comes back from the dead but then turns out he was just a drone in the first place.

Leaving aside that Claw Jaw died, I really liked this book, sure, not as good as LSOTW, but lets face it, that's a hard one to beat, I think what hit it hardest was the delays, but those weren't Nick's fault.

Which, in the current story, does not seem to have a big impact.
It is highly possible, and unlikely not to, have repercussions later down the line. But for now, Sins did not affect the story, it was just slotted in, and picking up from multiple sources up to this point.

He's not a drone as you say, but the first successful homemade Cybertronian, which is big. Plus, with this bad guy still probably alive and springer now on Earth, there is set up, not to mention Impactor mentioning Revolution, so they will likely play a part in future stories.
Plus, next months MTMTE will show us if Prowl has learned anything from his experiences.

IDW Sins of the Wreckers Named to Big Bang's Top 50 Bestsellers of 2016, Up for ICN Awards
- Motto: "There are no impossibilities in the multiverse, just small minds unable to comprehend the possibilities"
- Weapon: Armor Axe
Big Bang Comics, considered to be the best comic book store in Ireland, has given IDW Transformers and Nick Roche a special honor: they have named IDW's Sins of the Wreckers as a member of their top 50 bestsellers of the year! Coming in tied at #49 on the list alongside Star Wars: Volume 2, Sins of the Wreckers was the only IDW entry to make the list, making this a truly special honor for both Roche, IDW, and Transformers in general.
Roche appears well liked in the area as well, as IDW's Lost Light #1 was completely sold out thanks, reportedly, to the special Nick Roche cover that flew off their shelves. And, currently happening are the Irish Comic News awards 2016, and IDW and Transformers are once again represented by Roche and Sins, as Roche is in the running for both Best Irish Writer Published Outside Ireland and Best Irish Artist Published Outside Ireland, and Sins is in the running for Best Irish Creator Comic Published Outside Ireland. You can vote for Roche and Sins by following the above link.
Congratulations to Roche and the IDW team for this achievement, despite all the hardships and challenges that had to be overcome to finish the story.

Congratulations to Nick Roche who is a talented writer/artist.
But for me personally I didn't enjoy and/or like Sins of the Wreckers

It is pretty impressive considering how high Sins ranked on the list, the fact that it was the only IDW and Transformers comic to make it despite the ongoings, and it did really well despite Nick's personal time he needed. It shows how powerful that comic was in Ireland

And how well a good comic shop can operate when it has a loyal following and good strategies. Big Bang do excellent analysis work every Monday on Twitter, and bring in as many guests as they can when possible!
Also, the Irish comics contingent is not to be underestimated: from Shalvey to Roche to Mooney and others, a good crew to have in the city.

It wouldn't surprise me if Hubcap could have survived. And I'm still wondering what they will do with Tarantulas.
Did Tidal Wave go down with the noisemaze? Cause I really liked him for some reason.
Still hoping to see more of Mayhem/Impactor and what happens with Springer and Verity now

Just throwing this out there: the voice actors for Prowl and Tarantulas will be at TFcon Toronto. Someone needs to bring their Sins of the Wreckers book for them to do a reading together.

I actually just read this, it was a tad bit slow, but I liked how it set up some possible future story lines from Impactor joining Mayhem to whether Tarantulas did more to Verity than we think and Springer in general.

I hope Roche gets a hold of Springer again. He is a great character that I really like.
also, I find myself repeatedly rereading this series. It is just so dang good.

New Listing for Transformers: The Wreckers Saga
- Weapon: Battle Blades
A new listing has appeared for a collected edition of both Last Stand of the Wreckers and Sins of the Wreckers on Penguin Random House's website. Based on the information available, it is unknown if this will collect the plethora of "Wreckstras" found in the hardcover collection of Last Stand and trade paperback for Sins, though the 268 page count does suggest at least some of the bonus content will be included. Transformers: The Wreckers Saga has a (certainly not accidental) estimated release date of December 19, 2017 as of this writing.
No cover has been revealed yet, but you can check out the description available for the book's listing below.

If you've never experienced the excitement, joy, fear, suspense, crushing sense of loss, malaise, mystery, and melancholic hope delivered by these series, this is a great opportunity to experience them all together at a great price. These works are Roche, Roberts, Guidi, Burcham, and several other Transformers comics veterans at their very best in relatively self-contained stories that have still managed to have significant repercussions in the greater IDW Transformers universe while capturing the hearts and imaginations of a loyal fanbase for years, and at least this site staffer can't recommend them enough as a great way to celebrate during your holiday season of choice.
Keep it here at Seibertron.com for more information on this collection as it becomes available!

Penguin Random House wrote:Join the toughest crew of Autobots around on a pair of missions where they’ll face seemingly insurmountable odds and things are guaranteed to end badly.
First, the Wreckers and their leader, Springer, are sent to investigate Garrus-9, a prison that fell to the Decepticons three years ago, with no communications in or out since. Who’s really behind the prison siege, and what dark secret awaits Springer inside? The answers to those questions will send this mission to the razor’s edge!
Then, Prowl has been kidnapped. Worse for him, it seems like no one really cares, thanks to his history messing with people’s lives. The only person he trusts to rescue him is Springer of the Wreckers. To bad he’s been in a coma ever since the events in Garrus-9. Traitors are revealed, secrets come to light, and it may all be more than even the baddest crew of Autobots can handle.
Collects Transformers: Last Stand of the Wreckers #1-5, named the #1 Transformers series by IGN, and Transformers: Sins of the Wreckers #1-5.
