I'm pretty disappointed by both.. they are what they are and they serve the purpose well but they lack... something.. they are both very boring IMO. they are much needed on the shelf and looks great with the classics gang but I don't find myself playing with them much. got the prime entertainment two pack to get the kids this weekend as well and I couldn't put the Megatron down. I didn't even expect to like it but its so much fun to transform and pose...
I've been waiting for UFO and Hench since they were announced and for $70 bucks its very disappointing.. hopefully repolabels makes them more interesting..
Could not agree more. After a really long wait I could not have been more disappointed with the end product. Unfortunately both these figures look and feel like pretty poor oversized KOs. I picked up Spray (I already had Botcon Huffer) and I have to say that for the size, it was a nice figure. Both of these are as simple as Spray, but lazily upsized.
My Cosmos has extremely tight and massive balljoints. The gun is abysmal and looks like a 1950's ray gun. It also barely fits into the fist or the robo-rectum, which is where it ends up in alt mode. How appropriate considering it looks more like a vibrator than a weapon. The paint apps are very sloppy and the fin which is supposed to be used to pull the head up in robot mode sticks and is sharp as a scalpel blade. It comes with a stand. Well I don't really see why anyone would want to display this putrid green pile of crap but there you go. You get an oversized piece of hexagonal clear plastic to go with the oversized piece of crap Transformer.
Brawn is actually soo oversized, he is hilarious. Yards of under-detailed and cheap plastic abound. Again the paint apps are either non-existant or terrible. The grey plastic used would shame Hasbro at their worst. I utterly hate him. He made my hands dirty (seriously, I had to wipe crud off him) The plastic is just utterly terrible. The idiots at iGear couldn't even get their bots in scale with each other, with Brawn towering over Cosmos. Their greed has ruined these figures. They would have been fine if they were smaller, with the sparse detail much less noticeable (and more forgivable) on a smaller scale.
Man I hate these 2. It seems that unless they are KOing decent moulds, iGear have pretty much no idea what they are doing. The pictures do not do the awfulness of these figures justice - they really don't. Just get them in hand and you will get a sinking feeling, and realise quite how poor these 2 are. Particularly Brawn.
HATE these guys.
