Abandoned Ranger StationHot Spot wrote:"What are we waiting on, Prowl? I doubt the Cons will chase us but still need to get out before the humans coming hunting us. Brawl's attacks has a tendency to draw attention with all of the explosions. As for the tree, it wasn't one of my best ideas but better than having my weapon start a forest fire with any backwash. This little run in with the Cons does make me wonder if we need to get some drills like this going once we get a little down time."
“We’re waiting on the last of the equipment to be bounced to the
Trion,” Prowl responded to
Hot Spot who had Pinpoint in tow. The military strategist then turned to the holographic specialist. “Hound, you done taking down that holo-emitter yet. Time is of the essence here.” Just as Prowl finished speaking, another explosion erupted nearby, likely from the Combaticon Brawl.
“Yes, sir! All finished,” Hound replied as he sent a signal up to the
Trion for a return bounce. Within astroseconds, the holo-emitter disappeared in a flash of brilliance. “That was the last of the equipment, sir.”
“Good. Then lets get up to the
Trion and…”
“Um, sir?” One of the two autotroopers interrupted.
“What is it?” Prowl asked as he pressed his actuator tips into either side of the bridge of his nose.
“I just doubled checked, sir, and it appears that we once again have access to the bounce systems on both the
Guardian and
Ark-22.”
“Eureka!” The black and white exclaimed, not caring how loud he had been. “I guess Magnus got wind of Red Alert’s little fit and made him change it back. Good. Now, everyone take a position in the center of the clearing.” As Prowl did so, he looked over at the two autotroopers. “You two, bounce up to the
Trion anyway. Take care of the equipment that's already there. The rest of you…” the prick-bot paused, now looking at the other five ‘Bots present. “…you’re all coming back with me to the
Guardian.”
“Understood, sir,” Hound replied as the two autotroopers sent their signals and quickly bounced away, leaving the rest of the Autobots behind. The green scout then took up a position next to Prowl and the others and awaited to be back on the
Guardian. “I always like coming to Earth, sir, but I could use a rest after this mission. I’ve seen enough green for awhile.”
Prowl nodded to the scout before sending a return bounce signal to the
Guardian for the entire group. Within moments, Prowl, Hound,
Hot Spot,
Pinpoint,
Rook and Nova Strike were all enveloped in a bright light before being whisked away out of sight.
((OOC: Prowl’s group of ‘Bots can now post in the Guardian
thread.))
