I realized that I liked this movie because it reminded me of Rami's Spider-Man movies. AND this movie knew when to make light of a situation. Unlike GOTG, where everything was one big ******* joke. I never even laughed at any of the jokes in that movie. I got them. Just found them unfunny. But I actually laughed in TMNT, both times I watched it. DAMNIT, human kind infuriates me to no end.
Rodimus Prime wrote:Well, the Turtles kicked ass this weekend. They scored $65 million in the U.S. alone, beating Guardians by about $24 million. Suck it, critics. You've been wrong so many times this summer. Time to get with the population and stop being so out of touch with society. Rotten Tomatoes is worthless, and anyone paying attention to that site is seriously misinformed. Paramount already announced a sequel, to be released on June 3, 2016. I'm glad the movie did well, it was fun. I'll probably see it in 3D before it leaves theaters.

Okay, two problems with this:
1. Are you assuming that high box office gross means the movie is good? Because DOTM is the seventh-highest grossing movie of all time, and it was a pile of ****.
2. Are you really suggesting critics should stop holding their own opinions, and instead just try and decide whether they thought a movie was good or not based on guys like SlyTF1?

I guess your talking about guardians there. Stuff like that, if it exists, are better to find on the home release. I found the infinity gauntlet in Thor much easier that way.
Though at first I thought you were talking about the turtles movie. I was wondering if they were seriously doing another crossover. Last one like that was turtles versus power rangers

So...which one is it? If it's all opinion, then they can't be wrong.

Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.

Sacks was originally Shredder, but that was changed very late in the production, probably due to all the outrage the Shredder reveal trailer caused. In the game to the movie he's still Shredder.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but in the original cartoon, I don't recall shredder being asian, his skin tone wasn't that different from baxter or April. This is an interesting point though about changes to the source material. They must of had a reason as to why they wanted Shredder to be like that, then to change things that late on to appease the fans. I'm not saying they should of kept it, or agreeing with it, but I wonder how it feels to the film makers about compromising their work.

Nope, he's been Oroku Saki in every incarnation since the original comics. Except that time he was an Utrom.
